What to Expect
Your Akashic Records reading is a sacred experience designed to bring you clarity, compassion, and alignment.
Here’s how we’ll move through our time together:
🌿 Before Your Session
- Read and sign my terms of service document.
- Reflect on your intentions or the questions you’d like to ask.
- Refrain from alcohol or non-prescribed substances for 24 hours.
- Spend a few quiet moments grounding—through journaling, nature, or meditation.
- Prepare a peaceful space where you can be fully present, with water nearby and distractions minimized.
✨ During the Session
- We’ll begin with a silent protection prayer and a brief grounding meditation.
- You’ll speak your full legal name, which gives me permission to open your Records.
- Sessions typically last 45 minutes and are guided by the loving presence of your Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones.
- Information shared in this session by your guides will align with what’s for your highest good.
- We’ll close by offering gratitude and formally sealing your Records.
💜 After the Session
- You may feel light, emotional, or peacefully tired. Hydrate, rest, and practice gentle self-care.
- If energy work or cord cutting occurred, you might wish to cleanse your space afterward.
- For brief clarification questions, you’re welcome to email me within five days of your session.
